Position: Digital Sales Executive

Job Overview: As a Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving digital sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through online channels. The role involves developing and implementing effective digital sales campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and leveraging digital tools and platforms for sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to align digital strategies with overall sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication. Understand client needs and provide digital solutions that meet their business objectives. Regularly update clients on digital sales campaigns, performance, and results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through digital channels. Generate leads through online prospecting, social media, and other digital methods. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Oversee the execution of digital sales campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for optimization. Utilize CRM systems and databases to track and manage sales activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across digital channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital sales or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
