Position: Recovery Officer
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers for outstanding payments and dues.
- Developing and implementing effective recovery strategies.
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Recovery Officer or similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is a plus.
