Position: Group Shop Manager (GSM)
Qualification: BBA/MBA Marketing/Sales
Experience: 2-3 years
Gender: Male
Location: based in North Region
(This job include travelling outstation so preference will given to those who have experience of traveling)
Responsibilities:
· Implementation of business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
· Implement standards for staff Management, stock management, and customer services at the store level.
· Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency & accuracy in Audits.
· Lead the Team of Store Managers towards effective collaborations and attainment of goals.
· Collaborate with all departments in Head Office to get their operations smooth
· Ensure and execute smooth shop operation management.
· Managing inventory health and product quality at the store level
· Working to enhance better customer services experience, Review and maintain the record-keeping at the store level.
· Ensure learning and development of retail staff
· Running a regular competitor analysis etc.
