Purpose:
- Ensure support in successful execution and implementation of Zonal & Regional must win battles for Sales & Distribution through the distribution team and third-party staff.
- Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency resulting into quantifiable growth in business indicators.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Deployment tracking and health check for PPOSM/TPOSM
- Support the regional team in execution and deployment of trade visibility articles in the retail, along with mechanism development for reports/tracking on the health check of assets.
- Highlight areas of improvement in movement of assets to the retail where it is more beneficial for PMPKL.
- Training & Development
- Formulate training and development calendar for new products based on market observations.
- Implement trainings of distributor/3P resources to help bring about business improvements on topics like 3C policy, effective sales pitch, relationship building at retail, standard processes of other FMCG (spot selling), personality grooming, power of customer services, product handling, and so on.
- Incentive Delivery Audit
- Focus on incentives being offered on new product, including monthly incentives and staff (DSR/BDE) target achievement incentives.
- Conduct surprise audits of markets incentives disbursement, TPOSM utilization and back checks.
- TA/BA & MRs Performance Uplift Planning
- Provide new product Trade Assistants and Merchandisers’ utilization and support to COM in back checking their performance.
- Develop TA/BA pre and post shop visit impact on business.
- Performance management at DSR level
- Extend support in follow up with BDE/DMs for the performance improvement at DSR/Shop level.
- Highlight problematic areas/shop clusters and design and implement a strategy to lift the region at shop level through multiple on ground tools like market storming activities, high weighted outlet tagging with BDE/BDMs, frequent communication and becoming more closer to retail for the retail advocacy.
- Win Retailer
- Develop and track win retailer activity in a more structural way in the Zone with back checks.
- Evaluate the impact of activity on various brands/products in towns in scope.

Education
- Any field of study relating to business/commerce
Work Experience
- Fresh to 2 years relevant experience
- Students who have completed their 3rd year of studies may also apply
