We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Spare Parts.
Job Responsibilities:
1-Generate and manage purchase orders in accordance with organizational guidelines & SOP’s.
2-Ensure timely approvals and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
3-Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies of purchase order till GRN.
4-Monitoring and record keeping of crippled items from plant and Inform to team for ordering.
5-After arrival of goods timely dispatching of loan return items to plant.
6-Data analysis, reporting, data entry and presentations as per requirement.
7-Collaborate with suppliers to place orders and negotiate favorable terms.
8-Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of spare parts to meet customer demands.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience:
At Least 03 years Proven experience in spare parts management, preferably in Automotive industry.
