Qualifications
Minimum graduate, preferably Masters from reputable university
Good experience in Manufacturing(Agrochemical background will be preferred)
Strong knowledge and skill in ERP especially SAP, Supply Chain Management, SCOR
Understand SOX & ISO
Good grasp of 3rd party relationship management
Good knowledge of HSE, Quality and Regulatory compliance frameworks
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of production & Planning
Good in written and spoken in English.
Ability to analyse data trends to understand supply chain effectiveness.
Strong stakeholder management
Self-starter/autonomous
Results oriented Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
