We are currently looking for a talented and dedicated “Technical Support Officer” to join our Sales & Marketing team at our factory located in Karachi Export Processing Zone.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently manage customer complaints related to new machine setups.
2. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on YKK machines installed at customer premises.
3. Identify and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.
4. Provide expert technical guidance and support to our valued customers.
5. Address customer inquiries with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
6. Utilize MS Office skills for documentation and the preparation of detailed customer visit reports.

Qualifications: DAE Mechanical degree or an equivalent qualification.

Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Proficiency in machine maintenance.
2. Strong problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
