1– Position: Draftsman
Location: Johar Town – Lahore
Qualification: DAE Architectural/ Civil, Bachelors with Diploma in Draftsman.
Experience: 4-5 years
Gender: Male
Responsibilities:
· Site assessment and survey for design understanding and requirement gathering
· Prepare and modify detailed diagrams of shop interior using computer-aided design (CAD) applications
· Preparation and submission of drawing work sets in time for initiation of renovation process meeting projects and retail standards.
· Creation of submission drawings with standard details of fixtures and furniture.
· Creation of furniture and blow out details for detail understanding and workmanship
· Prepare 2D and 3D design modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering submission
· Create 3D images of proposals and themes in presentable form (PowerPoint slides)
· To work closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architects for required drawings and visualizations.
