Job Description:
- Provided new ideas for systems, process improvement, and organization.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Assist the Business Development team with Key projects and tasks.
- Assist, establish, and maintain strong working relationships with the Business Development team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Engage prospects through relevant channels such as social media, events, campaigns, queries, and email with a view to developing them into qualified leads.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the associated sales manager to align selling efforts.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems (We’ll provide training for that).

Skill and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (Preferable) in sales, business management, or marketing field from well-reputed HEC-recognized universities.
- 1-2 years of Experience (Preferable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in Urdu and English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Salary:
Good salary with a very attractive commission structure. - Time: 10.30 AM TO 7.30 PM
