Fatima Group is hiring for Deputy Manager Procurement at Reliance Weaving Mills Ltd.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: MBA Textile Engineering from HEC recognized university.
Experience: 5 to 6 years of Experience preferably in Textile sector.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with individual buyers to review and enhance Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and streamline the procurement cycle within your designated section, identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
- Conduct thorough analysis of Purchase Order (PO) issuance, identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Employ cost-benefit analysis methodologies to make informed decisions regarding optimal suppliers for future business operations.
- Maintain a detailed aging report to meticulously track overdue payments owed to vendors, fostering strong vendor relationships and timely payments.
