Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Proven 8+ years experience in a creative leadership role, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Should be able to respond to customers on different social media platforms using correct language and grammar.
Must be able to address their queries with a problem-solving attitude.
Maintain the individual and team KPIs.
Strong understanding of written communication and emotional intelligence to ensure excellent customer service and FCR through all social media channels.
Qualification:
Preferably Bachelors in Business or Language.
OR
O/A Levels with exceptional writing & customer service skills.
Experience
Must have 06 months to 01 year of Experience with Retail/MNCs/Startups.
Expertise:
Effective Communication.
Comprehension.
Social Media Platforms.
Customer Service Etiquettes.
