Trax Online, a leading tech-based logistics company, is looking for a Customer Experience Officer based in the Head office, Karachi.
Responsibilities:
·Engaging with customers through chat/Email/call platforms to provide real-time assistance and support, ensuring a friendly and informative interaction.
·Familiarize yourself with our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and usage to customers.
· Assisting customers in resolving technical issues, product-related problems, and any other challenges they may encounter.
· Taking ownership of customer issues and following through to ensure prompt resolution, escalating complex issues to higher authorities when necessary.
· Dealing with customer complaints professionally and empathetically, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
· Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services to customers, contributing to revenue generation.
Skills:
English speaking and writing skills are required.
Have impeccable conversational and communication skills.
Have a can-do attitude.
Experience in Call Canter will be additional -be willing to learn and grow.
Be motivated and possess selling skills.
Salary Range: 25000-28000
Qualification: Bachelor (Completed/Enrolled) or A-Levels
Experience : Fresh/Up to 1 year
