join our team now! ELogixIT is hiring Senior IT Support Specialist for Lahore Office.
Responsibilities:
-Knowledge of Windows Server & Linux Server
-Configuring and troubleshooting web services and related platforms (IIS, Apache, NGINX)
-Troubleshooting web applications (from a working standpoint, not developer) written in ASP.NET- PHP (shopping carts, CMS like WordPress)
-Experience with web hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk, etc)
-Configuring/Troubleshooting other related services: SMTP, DNS, FTP
-Knowledge of Database administration (again, not as a database developer, but general administration): MySQL, MS SQL
-Knowledge of Network troubleshooting
-Understanding of web technologies such as SSL, Web Proxies)
-Scripting experience would be a plus (for automation)
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of software applications, operating systems, and programming concepts.
