We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager who can take our customer service to the next level and make sure our customers feel heard and appreciated. We need someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and has great problem-solving abilities. If you’re passionate about helping customers and have experience in customer service, you could be a great fit for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct a team of customer service representatives while ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and great customer experiences
- Develop, coordinate, and administer policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery, implementing strategies to modify customer service procedures as needed
- Detect, investigate, and resolve customer complaints or inquiries, properly documenting complaints in the database
- Review, evaluate, and modify the quality of customer service such as assurance, resolution time, quality of service provided, and support materials
- Design and implement processes and procedures to increase customer service efficiency
- Monitor customer service goals and evaluate the performance of the team, including providing feedback, coaching, and training
- Ensure staff adhere to company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Analyze customer service data to identify patterns and areas of improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Handle escalated customer issues, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in customer support, customer service, or related customer-facing role, with 5+ years in a management position
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and engagement skills
- Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Aptitude for data analysis and customer service improvement strategies
- Orientation towards metrics and process-minded approach
- Knowledge of online customer service tools and platforms
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and Customer Service Software)
- Accuracy and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
