Bahria Foundation invites applications for following position: PAYROLL SPECIALIST
A highly dedicated and knowledgeable professional is required who will be overseeing and managing the end-to-end payroll process, someone who is good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information.
Education: BBA or MBA in Human Resources
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience
Skills:
-Proficiency in running the full cycle of payroll
-Familiarity with EOBI, SESSI, and compliance processes
_Familiar with HRMS software
-Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Key Job Duties:
– Manage end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance
– Ensure compliance with EOBI, SESSI, and other related regulations
– Calculate and deduct appropriate taxes, benefits, and other withholdings from employee salaries
– Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements
– Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues promptly and accurately
– Generate reports on compensation, benefits, and payroll-related data as needed
– Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits programs and policies
– Prepare and file necessary payroll tax forms and reports
– Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits
– Oversee employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
– Administer compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluations, and performance-based incentives
– Handle the calculation and administration of gratuity payments
– Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits offerings
