Dawood Engineering Pvt Ltd Jobs Assistant Manager Production:

Dawood Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Production for its plant located in HUB Chowki, with the following responsibilities and requirements,

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the smooth functioning of the production process by coordinating with other departments such as engineering, quality control and maintenance.
· Manage and supervise a team of production workers to ensure that daily production targets are met.
· Monitor production metrics such as quality, efficiency and output to identify area for improvement.
· Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimize production efficiency.
· Collaborate with others managers to identify and resolve production issues.
· Maintain accurate records of production date and prepare reports for management.
· Continuously evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for cost saving and improved productivity.

Requirement:

· B.E. in Automotive, Industrial & Manufacturing, Mechanical.
· At least 5 years of experience in production management role. Experience of CNC machining would be preferred.
· Knowledge of production scheduling and workflow optimization.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
