1. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
2. Managing outbound calls to resolve/inquire or feedback about queries.
3. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem,
4. Managing shipper advice calls
5. Handling social media apps by appropriate responses
6. Customer behavior knowledge
7. Call center operating knowledge
8. Handling social media apps

Experience: 1-2 year experience

Requirements:

1- Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plan.
2- oversee the production & brief staff on arranging displays.
3- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
4- working with suppliers
