BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of QA Officer – Call Center.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions across all channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to ensure that quality standards are being met
- Provide feedback to customer support agents on their performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with customer support management to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Conduct regular audits of customer support interactions and provide reports on performance to management
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business Communication or related field
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance in the call center
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
