Area Sales Manager – Gujranwala
A reputed National Distribution house engaged in Multinational Lubricants Sales and Distribution in Gujranwala is looking Area Sales Manager, having 5-7 years of sales experience including 2-3 years of experience on same position of B2C channel with MBA from reputable university.
Key Roles:
• Monitors Sales Plan for the assigned Area sales Office(s) to ensure Business Growth, Profitability, Minimization of Losses and Optimum Utilization of Resources in line with the defined KPIs.
• Builds relationship and keeps close liaison with the Principal / Key customers counterpart for Issue resolution and other coordination to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Keeps close liaison with Supply Chain counterpart to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Ensures compliance of company policies and SOPs.
• Critically reviews and analyzes key aspects of the business for corrective and preventive measures for the assigned Area(s).
• Critically reviews and analyzes sales operations of the assigned area(s) for improvements.
• Provides tactical assistance, guidance and/or coaching to respective FSEs for issue resolution.
