Job Title: Consumer Technical Support – Cards
Location: Karachi
Required Qualification:
- Bachelors of Information Technology/ BCS/MCS
- Basic programming/ database analytics skill sets will be preferred
- Oracle certifications will be preferred
Responsibilities - End to end knowledge of consumer cards business
- In-depth experience on Credit Card Systems
- Experience of working on CardPro /Silverlake by Sungard is preferred.
- Knowledge of procedures and credit card routines
- System Analysis and testing
- Patch Management
- Hardware Specifications and Fine Tuning of resources
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Database querying skills
