1. Implementation of business development strategies to ensure long term success.
2. Implement standards for staff management, stock management and customer services at store level.
3. Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency & accuracy in audits.
4. Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaborations and attainment of goals.
5. Ensure and execute smooth shop operation management.
6. New location analysis or retail site selection study; keeping in view the market opportunity
7. Working to enhance better customer services experience etc
