Samsons Group of Companies is looking for profiles related to Assistant Executive Coordinator/Business Development Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists the line manager in new projects via liaising with different clients and stakeholders
- Arranges and organizes internal and external meetings with the relevant stakeholders
- Prepare regular Business reports, highlights, presentations and strategic reviews for management
- Maintaining calendar for CEO activities, traveling plans and schedule meetings as directed
- Effectively dealing with internal and external correspondence aiding CEO as directed
- Organize and maintain records of important documents of CEO
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the line manager
Education & Experience: BBA/MBA or equivalent from a reputed organization with an experience of 3-4 years
Location: Lahore
Number of Positions: 1, Preferable (Male)
Reporting to: CEO
