Job Description:
· Hands-on experience in managing multiple client accounts and establish long-lasting client relationships
· Proficient in writing SQL queries
· Responsible for gathering client requirements and handling projects to get the desired solution
· Provide support to clients related to our product
· Able to handle technical issues and direct them to the relevant team
· Follow-up with the client after resolution of the issue
· Must possess strong communication and presentation skills
Career level: 4-5 years of relevant experience
Qualification: BS (CS)
