Senior Executive Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end talent acquisition strategy for relevant teams – including sourcing, interviewing, Negotiations, and offer release and pre induction.
- Handle bulk hiring for relevant functions.
- Regular prioritisation and work allocation of roles in order to achieve maximum impact and minimum Days to hire.
- Timely updates of trackers and databases.
- Organise and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres or other events.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer Psychological tests etc.)
- Identify talent issues and talent need of the business and support in aligning talent acquisition strategy with business needs.
- Provide operational support to TA which includes ERF Creation & approvals, interviewing Scheduling; CV Screening.
- Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices.
- Assist line managers with the execution of HR processes, including performance management, employee engagement, talent, employee relations, coaching, training, conflict resolution, and interpretation of employment policies and practices.
- Facilitate Smart goal setting of Management staff within the given timeline.
