BORJAN Pvt Ltd is looking for “Customer Care Officer” (E-commerce Officer)
Experience: 1- 2 years or more
Location: Lahore (Johar Town)
Requirements:
• Order processing management & follow-ups from shopify to customer delivery
• Manage price changes activities. (price increase/price reduction)
• Coordination with courier service for timely deliveries & timely return of non-acceptance orders
• Coordination & follow-ups with retail store & cws about order fulfilment.
• Perform product live/hide status.
• Managing replacement orders & reverse pickups.
· Performing product tasks, i.e. uploading, tagging, sorting & channels activation
