Bachaa Party, Pakistan’s biggest kids store is looking for Regional Marketing Manager (Punjab).
Job Description:
• Maintain and provide strength to the company’s brand position in the assigned regional marketing area.
• Interact with marketing leads to develop and supervise regional marketing budgets.
• Planning, development & execution of successful marketing & promotional campaigns.
• Execute all PR and marketing-related tasks/strategies assigned by the Head of Marketing.
• Responsible to manage advertisements, photoshoots, ATL & BTL activities.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Collaboration with branding agencies.
• Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent communication & people skills.
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices,
• Good understating of marketing research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s/Master degree in Marketing
• 3-5 years of experience in related areas.
