We are looking for an innovative Recruitment Marketer & Brand Strategist to be responsible for improving the brand awareness and reputation of our company. The recruitment marketer & brand strategist will attract candidates to our company through branding initiatives and marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing recruitment marketing strategies.
- Planning, managing, tracking, and reporting on recruitment media campaigns.
- Develop marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, drive customer growth, improve brand positioning, and generate revenue
- Planning, managing, tracking, and reporting on brand building strategies and campaigns.
- Highlighting key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors.
- Leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience;
- Developing and projecting the employee value proposition.
- Performing market research, strategizing with other marketing professionals and creating content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns.
- Partnering with recruiting leaders and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Designing and executing recruiting events.
- Communicating with HR on the company’s hiring needs and writing attractive job descriptions.
- Identifying the most effective tactics and platforms to attract candidates.
