Dairyland Limited Jobs Warehouse Manager:
We are looking for Warehouse Manager for our plant located in Dhabeji.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end warehouse process from inbound management to stock handling, storing & order dispatching on a timely basis.
- Responsible for steering warehouse operations to agreed SLAs & KPIs.
- Proactively recommend & implement operational processes.
- Manage WSH procedures to ensure department compliance/
- Allocate resources to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Liaise with production department to manage fast & slow-moving lines, wastage & shrinkages as well as for damaged & expired goods.
- Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out & noted down accurately.
- Ensure implementation of policies & procedures.
- Coordinate periodic maintenance of the facilities.
Education/ Experience:
- MBA in Supply Chain Management with at least 4-5 years of experience in FMCG
- Knowledge of industry’s local legislation.
- Stakeholder management & vendor management
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems, as well as demand forecasting & stock replenishment tools.
- Knowledge of manpower planning & shift scheduling
- Self-motivated & able to work independently.
- Outstanding communication & people skills
