Hayat Kimya Pakistan Pvt Ltd Jobs Area Sales Manager ASM: Hayat Kimya Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is a Turkey based Organization haying its renowned brand Molfix, Papia, Familia & Bebem is currently looking to hire following resource to strengthen its workforce:
Position: Area Sales Manager (Lahore)
Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Responsible to deliver sales, distribution and display targets.
- Negotiate and implement annual agreement covering discount, display, promotions and annual sales targets
- Effective management of the territory and distributors network ensuring targeted return on investment
- Execute channel strategy, winning POB plans
- Manage, train and develop sales team including distributors’ and company’s sales force
- Timely recovery of the credit from the distributors as per the agreed norms
Key Requirements:
- Proven working experience of minimum 4-5years (2 years as ASM) in FMCG preferably from Hygiene or Homecare Industry.
- Team Handling & motivational skills.
- Distribution Management.
- Customer Handling.
Qualification: Graduate/ Masters from reputed institute.
