Soliton Technologies is looking to hire Release Specialist for its LAHORE Office
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
Education: Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
� Maintain the release schedule, aligning with company and client initiatives
� Plan and manage all release activities coordinating with internal teams
� Communicate release details and schedules with key stakeholders
� Monitor release process by interfacing with cross functional teams adhering to our SDLC
� Understand the impact and risks involved in the release
� Work with Product team to ensure release notes are in place
� Conduct internal release readiness meetings to ensure the teams are prepared for the release
� Document the release activities
� Collect and provide ongoing project/release feedback to change management organization
Skills:
� Excellent verbal and listening and written communication skills
� Experience in technical support and/or project management
� Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
� Experience in JIRA, SharePoint is preferred

Experience: 1+ years of professional Business Analyst/Account handling
Education: CS degree

� Work with the support team to get them fixed.
� Requirement gathering from the client as they often ask for new features
� Train new and sometimes existing clients on the application.
� Attend daily and weekly meetings with internal stakeholders as well as with the client and be up-to-date on what is going on.
� Ability to work with several team is important in this role.
