Job Description

• Foster, maintain, and strengthen client relationships post-sale
• Aid client in determining any integration and optimization questions and concerns
• Assist clients in documenting, capturing, defining, and sharing financial value
• Develop solutions to client requirements, suggest best practices and benefits to clients
• Maintains a working general and technical knowledge of i2c Inc. products and services
• Sound understanding of client issues from both business and technical perspectives
• Liaise with Engineers and Product Managers to seamlessly provide excellent client service
• Suggest and promote i2c Inc. products and services, based on client technical needs and wants
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with a variety of roles
• Provides internal feedback, based on client communications
