Function: Quality Assurance
Qualification: Bachelors (4 Years) from HEC recognized university in Computer/Software Engineering
Location: Karachi
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferably in financial services/payment industry.
Job Description:
- Primary responsibility is to ensure quality products are delivered to the customers.
- Banks and Biller’s configuration, testing and implementation.
- Ensure smooth testing of different products and services.
- Read functional specifications and create test cases to perform different testing.
- Review and update Test Cases, SOPs, SLAs and other related documents particularly for QA.
- Communicate and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Should have working knowledge of BPS message specification SPMI & Webservice.
- Should have working knowledge of Bill Payment architecture, Settlement process, logs validation and trouble shooting.
- Should have experience of certifications of banks and biller’s configuration, testing and reporting. Also having expertise of APIs configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
- Should have experience of patch and release deployment and testing.
