Experience: 2-3 Years
Job Brief:
- Coordination with Operations and support functions to evaluate their Request for the renovation/maintenance work.
- Receiving PRs, arrangement of AFEs, arrangement of quotations, detailed costing of each project, comparative statement, and issuance of WOs.
- Site surveys and submission of monthly visit and finding record.
- Time to time market survey to see the alternate items for cost saving/better efficiency.
- Submission of Vendors’ bill, follow-up for timely payments.
