One of our sister concern businesses is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Supervisor to oversee the school setup project in Faisalabad. This role is ideal for someone with strong procurement and vendor management skills who can ensure the timely and cost-effective setup of a fully operational educational facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with school leadership to gather detailed requirements for non-construction items (furniture, classroom aids, office essentials, etc.).
Conduct thorough market research to identify, evaluate, and engage reliable vendors.
Negotiate with suppliers, finalize purchase agreements, and ensure quality procurement.
Manage the complete purchasing cycle—from placing orders to tracking and inspecting deliveries.
Monitor budgets and ensure all purchases align with financial constraints.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular status reports to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in procurement, administration, or project coordination (school/educational setup experience is a plus).
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational, budgeting, and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
