WE’RE HIRING CUSTOMER SUPPORT & LEAD EXECUTIVE
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field EXPERIENCE: 6 months-2 years of experience in social media response handling, lead generation, or customer support LOCATION: DEFENCE RAYA, LAHORE
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming leads and customer queries across all social media platforms.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Track and follow up on leads generated through social media.
- Maintain daily logs of lead interactions and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via messages and comments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads.
- Share feedback and insights to help improve customer experience and engagement.
