EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 5-8 years of experience in International freight sales within Karachi market.
SKILLS
- Ability to analyze market trends and leverage technology to optimize freight forwarding operations, ensuring competitive and cost-effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
LOCATION
- Karachi, Pakistan
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and maintains strong relations with key customers to achieve assigned sales targets through deep selling.
- Meet recovery targets for key accounts and proactively develops new business opportunities.
- Pays visits to existing and new customers for deep selling and relationship building.
- Provide ongoing support to existing customers, including follow-ups, system utilization, and quotations with effective communication.
