Position : PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Iqra University invites applications for the position of ‘Program Coordinator’ in the Student Service center. We are seeking a qualified individual who meets the following criteria:

Program Coordinator	Iqra University North Campus	* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
		* 1-2 years of relevant experience
		* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

PURPOSE: The role will be responsible for coordinating programs, activities, and services to improve the student experience, create a supportive campus environment, and ensure the smooth operation and delivery of student services.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to enhance and improve student services.
Coordinate with academic advisors and counselors to provide comprehensive support to students.
Submit daily class progress reports to the Head of Department (HOD).
Ensure that class schedules, rescheduling, and make-up class information are promptly communicated to students.
Assist students, parents, and visitors in navigating the university’s services.
Help resolve student conflicts and issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Maintain regular communication with students, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Guide both new and current students through program registration.
Track and follow up with prospective students from their initial inquiry to program registration.
Serve as a backup point of contact and liaison between students, faculty, counselors, and parents.
Ensure faculty are provided with attendance sheets, to be submitted for each class.
