Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience
Qualification: BBA/MBA, BS/MS in Social Sciences, Law, or relevant fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing company-wide compliance policies and procedures
- Support in internal audits and compliance-related inspections
- Maintain updated documentation related to buyer compliance and certifications
- Coordinate with departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Monitor and report on health & safety, labor laws, and environmental compliance
- Work closely with external auditors and buyers during compliance audits
