Job Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic and charismatic female Brand Ambassador to join our team in the cosmetics sales department of our retail FMCG store in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling top cosmetics brands, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Promote and sell top cosmetics brands.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of cosmetics products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, using effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure attractive and effective visual merchandising displays, highlighting key products and promotions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting stock levels and replenishment needs to management.
Requirements
- Education: Intermediate or above.
- Experience 2+ years of experience with customer service, preferably in the cosmetics.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with top cosmetics brands and products in Lahore.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable, with a talent for cosmetics and beauty products.
