JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing 24/7 Customer Support (Sales/Service/Spare Parts) query/complaints via calls center, Emails, website.
POSITION: AM / DM Sales Admin
- Responsible for managing supply/demand in co-ordination with Production Planning and Plant.
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 to 4 years’ of HDT Sales experience.
- Managing complete orders and payments from the country-wide dealers.
QUALIFICATION: Preferably an MBA Sales & Marketing
- Responsible for creating invoices, delivery orders and dispatching vehicles to the dealership’s country wide.
LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan
- Co-ordination with Principal and finance for the processing of Pls and opening LCS for CKD/CBU orders.
- Lineup concerned departments (head office) and Dealerships (All over Pakistan).
- Follow-up customers until the query/complaint is resolved.
- Post Service Follow-up calls to customer who visit GNL workshop for maintenance.
SKILLS:
Good communication & Negotiation skills, Organizational skills, Time management skills, Ability to work under pressure, Patience, Familiarity with Sales Reports and records, Proficiency in spreadsheet software.

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 to 3 years experience in internal audit / finance / compliance function.
QUALIFICATION: ACCA / CA Finalist with articles completed.
LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide assistance in development of risk based internal audit plans for assurance against potential risks and exposures.
- Conducting financial and operational audits in line with audit plan approved by BAC.
- Evaluate design level deficiencies and implementation of controls.
- Assess compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparation of BAC working papers and presentations.
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative activities of audit department.
- Follow-up of prior reported audit observations to ensure timely closure and compliance.
- Ad hoc assignments and investigations as directed by BAC and management.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Highly motivated individual and self starter able to take initiatives.
- Expertise in auditing techniques, accounting and management function.
- Knowledge of international financial reporting and auditing standards.
- Knowledge of taxation mechanism.
- Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- Audit skepticism and problem-solving skills.
