WE’RE HIRING Office & Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a results-driven Office & Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to the office while ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of sales operations. The candidate will be involved in assisting in sales activities, maintaining communication between departments, managing schedules, and handling customer inquiries. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in coordinating both office operations and sales activities.

Qualification Required

Bachelor’s in Marketing or a related field.
An MBA is a Plus.

Experience Required

2-3 Years in a similar capacity.

Required Skills

Ensure all office-related tasks are managed efficiently.
Lead & coordinate with the team effectively.
Dealing with Government departments for enlistments.
Good interpersonal skills & ability to travel.
Strong relationships with FWA, DHA, MES, C&W, Public Health, and other departments.
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
