POSITION: APPLICATION SUPPORT
GRADE: OFFICER/ SENIOR OFFICER
LOCATION: GULBERG III, LAHORE
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementation process and provide required software support.
- Analyze application functionality and suggest necessary improvements.
- Ensure the smooth operations of front-end/back-end application components.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to optimize software performance.
- Identify and resolve application errors, escalating critical issues where necessary.
- Conduct extensive testing on bug fixing, changes, and new projects to ensure seamless deployment.
- Train existing/new functionalities to all business users.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
✔ 01 to 02 years of experience as an application support engineer in a related field.
✔ Maximum age up to 30 years as of March 13, 2025.
✔ Knowledge of SQL Queries and understanding of stored procedures.
✔ Hands-on document configuration changes and monitor performance.
✔ Experience working as a Front-end/Back-end support user.
✔ Confident individual with good communication skills.

POSITION: DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
GRADE: ASSISTANT MANAGER
LOCATION: GULBERG III, LAHORE
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases.
- Provide database support to divisions and branches.
- Monitor database systems proactively to minimize downtime and ensure security.
- Escalate issues to the Oracle development team and third-party vendors as needed.
- Manage database improvements, rollouts, and upgrades.
- Implement and release database changes from the development team.
- Configure, monitor, and upgrade disaster recovery (DR) databases and applications.
- Conduct and ensure successful DR drills in collaboration with senior DBAs and application teams.
- Monitor and troubleshoot daily ETL jobs for timely execution.
- Escalate critical ETL issues to vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
✔ 03 to 05 years of experience in database administration.
✔ Maximum age up to 35 years as of March 13, 2025.
✔ Expertise in Oracle Database Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
✔ Experience with database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
✔ Experience working with Oracle development team and 3rd party vendors for issue resolution.
✔ Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL scripting, and performance optimization techniques.
