Requirements:
Education: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of collection experience
Job Description:
- Strive to meet monthly collection targets set by the bank, reporting regularly on progress.
- Perform regular visits to clients for effective collections efforts.
- Manage overdue loans and implement effective collection practices.
- Ensure that all recovery efforts comply with the bank’s policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Ensure following fair debt collections guidelines.
