(MASTER GROUP OF COMPANIES) EXECUTIVE SUPPLY CHAIN – VENDOR COORDINATION
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate vendor activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track invoices from delivery challan to payment completion.
- Ensure timely clearance of delivery challans from receiving department.
- Conduct daily morning walks to identify shortages and address them promptly.
- Address supplier queries regarding payments and deliveries & arrange transportation for materials if needed.
- Generate and distribute VMRR (Vendor Monthly Rating Report) monthly to underperforming vendors.
Qualification & Skills:
- MBA / BBA Supply Chain Management
- Strong command on ERP Oracle & MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience:
- 3-4 years in Supply Chain Management preferably automotive industry.
