We Are HIRING Import Executive
Requirements: BBA/MBA in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in EFS.
Job Description:
- Perform invoice checking with terms and conditions.
- Prepare documents for LC opening and advance payment.
- Update import status report in Excel sheet.
- Follow up on shipments and track shipments (ETA), until arrival at the mill.
- Involvement in customs clearance operations.
- Verify documents (Draft L/C, GD copy, clearing agent bill, freight bill).
- Prepare actual landed cost.
- Prepare purchase order in SAP.
- Check Sales Tax Invoices under EFS and verify with used material in export.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
