International Packaging Films Limited is looking for a dynamic resource for the position of โ๐๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐โ who will be responsible to process export sales orders in SAP, track and monitor delivery of orders in hand and address customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Ensure timely and accurate internal and external communication regarding order status and updates.
- Process orders in the SAP system and issue proforma invoices, ensuring they accurately reflect customer requirements.
- Track and monitor the delivery of orders in hand to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, including addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
- Continuously improve order processing procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ: 1 โ 3 Yearsโ experience as Export Sales Coordinator
- Hands-on Experience of SAP S4 Hana will be preferred
