ยท Oversee the entire design process, ensuring timely delivery.
ยท Lead trend forecasting, market research, and customer insights to drive innovative designs.
ยท Collaborate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams.
ยท Develop design strategies reflecting fashion trends, customer preferences, and brand aesthetics.
ยท Ensure quality control from sampling to product approval.
ยท Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams for timely product launches.
ยท Create mood boards, color boards, theme boards, and fabric boards.
ยท Lead the design process using sketching, khaka making, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
ยท Supervise sampling processes (print, embroidery, fabric quality).
ยท Oversee tech pack development and ensure design efficiency.
ยท Regularly review sales reports to adapt design strategies.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
ยท Strong design skills in the unstitched category.
ยท Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and tech pack creation.
ยท Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field
๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
Bachelorโs Degree in Fashion/Textile Design; Masterโs preferred.
Knowledge of trend forecasting platforms like WGSN.
