Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the Enterprise pre-sales team, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to drive sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to develop effective pre-sales strategies and solutions.
Drive the end-to-end pre-sales process, including solution discovery, needs analysis, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal development.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understand their Enterprise requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and competitive landscape in the Enterprise industry, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Analyze pre-sales metrics, performance data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous enhancement strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
4 to 5 years of experience in Enterprise pre-sales, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise products, services, and solutions, including cloud computing, networking, telecommunications infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
Proven experience in delivering compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
