Position : Customer Success Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze daily user data via Zoho dashboards, identifying issues and growth opportunities.
- Work with customer success, product & engineering teams to triage, prioritize and resolve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer pain points.
- Use data insights to enhance product performance and user experience.
- Support marketing by identifying key users for research and content creation.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 0-4 Years of experience.
- Punctuality, exceptional communication, and responsiveness.
- Self-learning mindset – minimal handholding in a fast-paced environment.
- SQL, Excel, and familiarity with dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Looker, Domo).
- Bonus: Coding, statistical modeling, and data storytelling.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors in CS, IT, Engineering or related field.
- Highly accountable – focus on solutions, not excuses.
- Resilient and adaptable – thrives in a fast-moving, demanding environment.
- Proactive – creates work, solves problems, and takes initiative.
