RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze daily user data via Zoho dashboards, identifying issues and growth opportunities.
  • Work with customer success, product & engineering teams to triage, prioritize and resolve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer pain points.
  • Use data insights to enhance product performance and user experience.
  • Support marketing by identifying key users for research and content creation.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 0-4 Years of experience.
  • Punctuality, exceptional communication, and responsiveness.
  • Self-learning mindset – minimal handholding in a fast-paced environment.
  • SQL, Excel, and familiarity with dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Looker, Domo).
  • Bonus: Coding, statistical modeling, and data storytelling.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in CS, IT, Engineering or related field.
  • Highly accountable – focus on solutions, not excuses.
  • Resilient and adaptable – thrives in a fast-moving, demanding environment.
  • Proactive – creates work, solves problems, and takes initiative.
