Key Responsibilities:
■ Campaign Development: Assist in creating and implementing creative marketing campaigns across various channels.
■ Content Creation: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
■ Project Management: Oversee the production timeline for creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
■ Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform creative strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
■ Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand voice, style, and messaging.
■ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, external agencies, and other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure cohesive campaign execution.
■ Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of creative campaigns, using data and analytics to make recommendations for improvements.
■ Budget Management: Assist in managing the budget for creative projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards.
Requirements:
■ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
■ Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing or creative roles, with a focus on campaign development and project management.
